It is with profound sadness that we share news of the loss of a much-loved member of the Grand Residences and Royal Resorts family, Cuauht\u00e9moc Luna Peralta known as Octavio, Concierge Manager for the Sales department in Grand Residences.<\/p>\n
Originally from Tepexi de Rodr\u00edguez, Puebla, Octavio was 52 years old. He joined Royal Resorts in 2006 and had been at Grand Residences since 2014. Many owners and members will remember him for his quiet and courteous manner, kindness and professionalism. A gentle soul, he always went out of his way to help people and will be greatly missed.<\/p>\n
