If you have washing to do but want to go out, request the service. Staff will collect your laundry and return it washed and folded. It will give you more time for the beach or a day exploring the area. You\u2019ll find details and a price list in your room. Just fill out the order form and call ext.167 to request the service.<\/p>\n<p>The laundry valet service is available at all the resorts from Monday to Saturday, collection time from 10 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. for same day delivery between 3:30 p.m. and 5:30 p.m. If you request the service after 11:30, your laundry will be delivered the following day. Available Monday to Saturday 10 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. 10% off for Royal Resorts members. The laundry valet service is not included in the REFINE package.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Kitchen utensils available on request from Housekeeping<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>If you like cooking in your villa, ask about additional kitchen utensils available on request from Housekeeping. Items include crock pots, cheese graters, kitchen scissors and baking trays (limited availability).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Royal Market online shopping service<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Prepare for your trip by using the <a href=\"https:\/\/royalmarket.royalresorts.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Royal Market online shopping service<\/a> to stock up your fridge prior to your Cancun flight. Order snacks, drinks, bread, fruit and breakfast fixings or beer, tortilla chips, guacamole and pico de gallo, among others and Royal Market staff will deliver your purchases the day you arrive.
