Celebrating 37 Years of El Conquistador Special Dinner<\/p>\n
Starting on April 29, you\u2019ll be able take a trip down memory lane with a special showcase dinner every Friday celebrating 37 Years of El Conquistador. Relive precious moments with friends and family and enjoy this fine dining experience. The tempting seven-course set menu features a selection of all-time favorite dishes from the El Conquistador menu, and there\u2019s live music by Jorge Dur\u00e1n and a guest artist.<\/p>\n

Every Friday, two seatings: 5 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. and 8 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.<\/p>\n
$1200 pesos per person, wine pairing and tax included<\/p>\n
$920 pesos per person without wine pairing<\/p>\n
$500 per guest if you have the REFINE all-inclusive package<\/p>\n
Cocktails and Dining for a Cause<\/p>\n
Each month our restaurants and bars will be serving a special cocktail that you can order to help raise money for the Royal Resorts Foundation community and conservation causes. Ask your waiter for more information about the Cocktail for a Cause.<\/p>\n
Hacienda Sisal has taken this initiative one step further by offering Dishes for a Cause, when you order the tasty Mexican dishes that are the month\u2019s special, a donation will be made to the Royal Resorts Foundation to support educational scholarships, cancer screening, conservation and the employee relief fund.<\/p>\n
Remember that when you order a pizza from Bartolo\u2019s Pizza, a donation will also be made to the Royal Resorts Foundation. With your help we can change lives.<\/p>\n
Culinary Experiences by Royal Resorts<\/p>\n
Culinary Experiences by Royal Resorts is the monthly program prepared by our chefs to give you more mouthwatering surprises in all our restaurants in addition to the a la carte menu and buffets. Wherever you eat, ask your waiter about the specials on offer.<\/p>\n
Start the day with an array of traditional Mexican pastries and a special breakfast dish on offer each month on the buffet. The poolside bars and grills have a different lunch special for each day of the week and try the chef\u2019s specials for dinner in the resort restaurants and our specialty restaurants.<\/p>\n
Each month, there are also international days dedicated to a specific dish, for example, burgers or ceviches and sweet treats such as chocolate or ice cream.<\/p>\n

In addition to the 37 Years of El Conquistador Dinner every Friday at El Conquistador, Hacienda Sisal has a Tequila & Mezcal Pairing on Monday or Friday. Reservations are required for both events.<\/p>\n
Plan an evening at Captain\u2019s Cove where you can choose your favorite seafood dishes from the menu or order the monthly specials. The lagoonside restaurant also has a Steak Night with live music on Monday, Live music on Wednesday with a seafood platter special, Lobster Night with live saxophone music on Friday and Prime Rib night on Saturday.<\/p>\n
Mexican lunch at The Royal Haciendas<\/p>\n
Also new this month at The Royal Haciendas is Los Anafres, a Mexican lunch buffet on the terrace at La Palapa del Sol.
