Sign up for our Back of House tour, which restarted in week 42, for an interesting look at the service areas and offices underground at our resorts.\u00a0Monday at The Royal Sands and Tuesday at The Royal Haciendas, both at 10 a.m.<\/p>\n<p>During the tour with Guest Relations Manager Julio Ibarra, you\u2019ll get to see the machine room where the reverse osmosis water purification system, the huge resort boilers and water heaters and a bewildering array of color-coded power cables and water pipes are located.<\/p>\n<p>The resort laundry, staff caf\u00e9, English and computer classrooms and meeting rooms used for training are also on the tour itinerary.
