We are excited to announce that Royal Resorts\u00ae has scooped up eight RCI\u00ae awards for excellence in hospitality and service and for sales and marketing performance. On June 7 at The Royal Sands, RCI representatives presented the annual awards to Royal Resorts VP of Hospitality Javier Vales, managers and members of the sales and marketing team.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

RCI\u00ae Gold Crown Resort<\/span><\/p>\n

Royal Resorts received the RCI Gold Crown Resort awards for the Royal Sands, The Royal Cancun and The Royal Haciendas. This annual award is given to a select group of resorts affiliated with RCI that offer the highest quality and exceptional service. They are judged by the high marks they receive in five categories on RCI member comment cards (check in and checkout experience, hospitality, resort maintenance, villa maintenance and villa cleaning) and in site inspections of resort amenities (resort amenities, guest services, amenities\/villa interiors and resort maintenance).<\/span><\/p>\n

Excellence in Service<\/span><\/p>\n

Awarded to resorts that obtain higher scores than the Gold Crown level based on guest reviews, only 2 percent of RCI affiliate properties around the world receive it. This year, The Royal Sands, The Royal Cancun and The Royal Haciendas are recipients.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

RCI Premier\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The Royal Sands and The Royal Haciendas received the RCI Premier award for the quality standards and value of the all-inclusive vacation experience they offer, in terms of service, installations, activities and food and beverage.<\/span><\/p>\n

Top Producers<\/span><\/p>\n

The sales centers at The Royal Sands, The Royal Cancun, The Royal Haciendas scooped up the Top Producers award for outstanding sales performance and customer service.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/span>Top Sellers<\/span><\/p>\n

Team members in the sales centers who were Royal Resorts Top Sales Executives 2022 received the Top Sellers award.<\/span><\/p>\n

Alphas<\/span><\/p>\n

The Best Royal Resorts Concierges 2022 received the Alphas award.<\/span><\/p>\n

Diamantes<\/span><\/p>\n

Diamantes awards went to the Best team members in departments offering support to RCI.<\/span><\/p>\n

As the awards reflect performance in the 12 months preceding, The Royal Islander also received awards for Excellence in Service and Top Producers.<\/span><\/p>\n

RCI President\u2019s Club<\/span><\/p>\n

This award is presented annually to RCI\u2019s top performing affiliates around the world. Those who achieve President\u2019s Club status receive a crystal award and a wall plaque along with other rewards and benefits to commemorate their success. RCI\u2019s coveted President\u2019s Club Award is its way of formally recognizing consistently excellent affiliates who share a commitment to transforming the vacation experience and to growing their business.<\/span><\/p>\n

In 2022, only 65 resorts in the world received the RCI President\u2019s Club award, including Royal Resorts.<\/span><\/p>\n
