What the Club Service Fee covers

The annual Club Service Fee covers the upkeep of your villa and of the resort in general and includes the following:

• Professional resort management
• Maintenance
• Replacement of furniture and appliances in the villas
• Landscaping and gardening
• Utilities
• 24-hour Front Desk
• 24-hour security
• Maid service
• Floodlit tennis courts
• Snorkeling gear, bicycles, sailboats and social activities
• Kids Club
• Use of the gym (except The Royal Islander)
• High speed Wi-Fi

The Club Service Fee is based upon the resort’s total operating costs pro-rated among 51 vacation intervals per villa. The annual fee is established by the Advisory Council for each resort at the annual meetings in October and takes into account projected operating costs for the following year, plus a management fee. Unlike the annual maintenance fees charged at many other vacation ownership resorts, taxes are included. The money levied from the Club Service Fee is used to keep the resort in tiptop condition..

Paying your Club Service Fee

Interval Servicing Co. will bill you for the annual Club Service Fee and collect payment. You may pay by personal or cashier check, credit card, direct debit (US members only) or use the online payment program available at www.intervalservicing.com 24 hours a day.

Your membership must be in good standing with regard to your Club Service Fee in order to enjoy all member benefits.

Please note that in order to bank your villa or the suite or room portion in the Internal Exchange program or with RCI or Interval International you must have already paid the annual Club Service Fee for your interval, even if you are depositing it for a future vacation.
