New theme nights
There’s a new International Night on Saturday at The Royal Cancun and be sure to check out Caribbean Night with live music at The Royal Sands on Friday. Also on Friday at The Royal Haciendas is the BBQ Night with a Rock & Roll show.
Pozole Thursday is back at Hacienda Sisal
By popular demand, Pozole Thursday at Hacienda Sisal is back! Try one of Mexico’s favorite recipes, available a la carte for dinner. This hearty corn soup and all the traditional garnishes of fried tortilla strips, lettuce, radishes, chopped onion and salsa are served with your choice of pork or chicken.
37 Years of El Conquistador Special Anniversary Dinner
A Royal Resorts favorite, El Conquistador celebrates its 37th anniversary this year with a special showcase dinner every Friday. Take a trip down memory lane and enjoy an evening of delicious cuisine with a seven-course menu showcasing a selection of all-time favorites from the El Conquistador menu, heavenly desserts, and live music by Jorge Durán and a guest artist. Every Friday at 6 p.m. or 8 p.m. Reservations required, call the Golf & Restaurant Reservation Center at ext. 165 or email restaurants@royalresorts.com
Mexican Food & Spirit Pairing at Hacienda Sisal
An evening of Mexican traditions at Hacienda Sisal. Discover the world of tequila and mezcal and learn about Mexico’s miracle plants, the maguey and agave and the species used to make these iconic liquors. With a selection of leading brands to try, you’ll learn about the history of tequila and the distillation process and see how they are the perfect pairing for the tasting menu of mouthwatering dishes. Culinary Experiences by Royal Resorts
Wherever you dine this month, always ask your waiter about the daily breakfast and lunch specials and chef’s dinner specials that form part of the Culinary Experiences by Royal Resorts program. All the Royal Resorts restaurants and bars participate, offering delicious dishes, sweet treats and cool cocktails that aren’t on the a la carte menus.
The offering changes every month, giving you the opportunity to try new flavors, traditional Mexican recipes, chef’s creations, theme nights and events whenever you stay at Royal Resorts.
This July, in addition to the theme nights and poolside cookouts, don’t miss the days showcasing famous dishes such as hot dogs on July 23, Tequila Day on July 24 and Cheesecake Day on July 30.

Cocktail for a Cause
Ask your waiter about the Aperol Spritzer, this month’s Cocktail for a Cause and help support the Royal Resorts Foundation. For every July Cocktail for a Cause cocktail you order, a donation will be made to the Royal Resorts Foundation for children’s education, cancer screening, physiotherapy for children with motor and neurological challenges, conservation and the Employee Relief Fund.
At Hacienda Sisal if you order the Dish of the Month, Poc chuc-style Seafood Platter or the Dessert of the Month, a creamy guava, papaya, Edam cheese ice cream creation with peanut brittle, you’ll also helping the Royal Resorts Foundation.
