We have some important information to share with members. Starting on April 6, following a corporate standard, Royal Resorts will be implementing a Cashless Resort policy at The Royal Cancun®, The Royal Sands®, The Royal Haciendas® and Grand Residences® by Royal Resorts. This means that cash payments will no longer be accepted in our restaurants and bars, Alea® Spa, Royal Market, Paloma gift shop, Thomas More Travel or Special Events.
For your convenience, you will be able to use your room key card to charge purchases to your account or use a debit or credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express).
Cash payments will still be accepted at Hacienda Sisal restaurant.
The Front Desk will continue to accept cash as one of the payment options for settling the club bill at checkout.
