External Vendors Policy

We would like to remind all our members and guests that inviting external vendors to provide services inside the resorts is strictly prohibited. This practice violates the Resort Regulations, the Guide to Use, and our operating licenses and constitutes a violation of local and federal laws.

This policy is effective from November 15, 2025.

For your reference, the Guide to Use outlines the following key points:

• The access to the vacation club is controlled for the safety of all members, guests and visitors.
• Members and guests may invite friends and relatives who are not staying at Royal Resorts to spend the day with them. Such visitors must register at the Front Desk upon arrival and sign out upon departure. The Day Pass policy applies and visiting hours are from 8 a.m. to 11 p.m.
• All members, guests and visitors must follow and respect all resort rules, regulations and policies.

As stipulated in the Resort Regulations, Guide to Use, and the applicable local and federal laws, Royal Resorts reserves the right of admission and may deny entry or remove any person who violates these rules or attempts to provide services within the resort without authorization, in accordance with the membership agreements approved by PROFECO and local tourism regulations.

Violation of these provisions may result in internal administrative measures, such as temporary suspension of access or cancellation of benefits, among others, in accordance with the Resort Rules and Regulations.
