As we evolve towards further integration of our corporate systems, we are streamlining loyalty programs and platforms. For this reason, as of January 1, 2025, the Terms & Conditions for the Royal Resorts Rewards program have changed. Here is a summary of the key changes:
- Rewards are no longer earned for reservations or all-inclusive package purchases made through the Contact Center or Royal Reservations.
- Rewards are no longer earned for dining at resort restaurants and bars, or for purchases at the resort stores and gift shops, Alea Spa or Thomas More Travel.
- Rewards are no longer earned for all-inclusive package purchases made on-site, online or by phone.
- Your existing Rewards are valid until their expiration date and may be redeemed to pay for the Club Service Fees, Club Bill, reservations made through Royal Resorts Contact Center or donations to the Royal Resorts Foundation.
