Signature Steaks
Top-quality wagyu beef from Australia and the United States is now available at our resort restaurants as Signature Steaks specials. The choice of cuts includes ground beef for burgers and ragu sauces, fillet, New York, chateaubriand, picaña for tacos and skewers, and rib eye and the selection depends on the restaurant. Ask your waiter about the Signature Steaks dining experience.
Ancient Mexican Flavors
On Friday evening at The Royal Haciendas, embark on a culinary journey into the past with a selection of dishes from the north, center and south of Mexico all prepared using locally sourced ingredients, time-honored recipes and cooking techniques.
Dishes include whole fish baked in corn leaves, mixiotes, pumpkin flower, wild mushroom and beef skewers and chicken tlatonil, a dish with sesame and pumpkin seed and chili sauce from Veracruz, and more.
If you love Mexico and its World Heritage cuisine there’s more traditional food to sample, live music and folk dances on Monday during Mexican Night.
Cooking and Mixology classes at The Royal Haciendas
Foodies will want to join the new mixology class on Monday and the cooking class on Wednesday to learn chef’s secrets, great recipes and cool cocktails to prepare for your friends back home. Check the activity program for times and locations.
