Important all-inclusive and room charge policy changes
We would like to share information about some policy changes affecting inter-resort visits.
REFINE All-Inclusive Package
Effective Nov 30, 2024, Members and guests with the REFINE package staying at The Royal Sands or The Royal Cancun will be able to use their all-inclusive package at both Cancun resorts, but The Royal Haciendas will no longer be included.
The Royal Haciendas REFINE All-Inclusive package will be limited to that resort.
Members and guests staying at the two Cancun resorts who wish to spend the day at The Royal Haciendas are welcome to do so and enjoy its restaurants and beautiful setting. However, any food and drink orders at our Riviera Maya resort must be paid for at the end of the meal using a credit card. This new policy also applies for The Royal Haciendas members and guests visiting The Royal Sands and The Royal Cancun.
All-in Grand Package at Grand Residences
Grand Residences guests with the All-in Grand all-inclusive package may now use their package at Grand Residences dining venues only, including theme nights and other experiences such as afternoon tea, cooking and mixology classes.
They are welcome to visit the other resorts, but any food or drink orders must be paid for at the end of the meal using a credit card.
The food and beverage department will focus on continuing to enhance the dining variety at each of our resorts in order to offer members and guests the vacation experience that they have come to expect from Royal Resorts.
European Plan (room only) stays
For members staying European Plan (room only), the room-key charge option will only be available at the resort where you are staying; it has been eliminated for inter-resort visits. A credit card will now be required to pay for meals, drinks and other purchases at our other resorts.
If you have any questions about these policy changes, please email Membership Services at info@royalresorts.com.
