Improving your Membership Services call experience

We have been working to improve your experience when you call Membership Services and have upgraded our automated phone system adding a new menu of options to help callers, and reduce wait times. The menu has filters and additional submenus that you can select to put you in contact with a Member Services representative to address your specific questions.

   The main menu enables you to select the area you wish to call, the options include Membership Services, the Travel Club, The Rental Program, Thomas More Travel and the Resorts. Once you are in the area that interests you there are prompts and filters with more choices to help you.

   In Membership Services you can go straight to Payments, Exchanges and Owner Loans, Signature Club, Holiday Inn Club Vacations, Title Changes/Resales or stay on the line to speak with an agent if you have a different question. Once you press one of the aforementioned choices, there are further prompts to get you right to the place you want to go, for example, if you have a Holiday Inn Club Vacations membership, there is an option to put you through to the Holiday Inn Club Member Services team. If you need to speak to a Signature Club representative, there are specific options for RCI/Registry Collection exchanges and to speak to a Travel Concierge about travel services available through the Privileges by Royal Resorts platform.
