New Mediterranean Night at The Royal Haciendas

There is a new theme night to try at The Royal Haciendas. Sunday night is Mediterranean Night at La Palapa del Sol, offering a buffet full of vibrant flavors and dishes from Greece, France, Spain and Italy. There’s everything from moussaka, beef gyros, spanakopita and chicken souvlaki skewers to spicy Spanish patatas bravas, garlic shrimp and classic coq au vin. Try the hummus, tapenade and lobster ceviche and don’t miss the selection of tempting desserts!

Mediterranean Night takes the place of Asian Night, which has moved to Thursday evenings.

For more sun-splashed flavors during the week, Viva l’Italia on Wednesdays is a celebration of traditional cuisine from the Amalfi Coast, Genoa, Tuscany, Rome, Naples, Sicily and beyond. The buffet includes a variety of classic pasta, meat and seafood dishes, pizzas and desserts. Diners can also request their pasta cooked to order, choosing ingredients and sauce from the Make your Own Pasta selection.
