Support for PCR Testing for Members Who Reside in Canada

Since news broke of the COVID-19 test requirements by different countries, Royal Resorts has been working hard to bring our members the best options in pricing, convenience and quality. We continue to work to make this new requirement easy to meet for our members and guests. 

In response to concerns from many of our members who are residents of Canada regarding the cost of COVID-19 PCR tests (US$100), earlier this year, Operations Management took steps to support them with a one-time credit per test. This measure has now been extended. Starting October 1 and until further notice, Canadian resident members and guests will receive a credit of $250 pesos per test. They need to request a coupon at the Front Desk, which must be shown when they pay the laboratory testing fees and the credit will be applied. This policy is only valid for tests carried out by the laboratories at Royal Resorts.
