New dishes to try at Kinoko and Los Murales, The Royal Haciendas
The Royal Haciendas Executive Chef Erika Barrios and her team have added new dishes to the menus at Kinoko and Los Murales. For Kinoko these include the arrachera or skirt steak roll and ebi roll for sushi fans, the som-tam and crab salads, beef in bankai sauce and fish in tropical fruit curry. There are new desserts too, order the camelado, Japanese-style cheesecake and chocolate and mandarin orange cake.
In Los Murales, Italian and Mediterranean flavors have been added to the menu. The tumaca potatoes, fettuccine with chicken and parmesan, lasagna de la nonna, Florentine-style fish, bistecca a la burrata are all new and try the crème caramel and red velvet cake for dessert.
You’ll also see our talented chefs in action at both restaurants preparing a delightful tableside dessert that we are sure our members and guests will really enjoy and want to join in to show off their artistic talents.
