Royal Resorts Back of the House
Ever wondered what it is like at Royal Resorts behind the scenes? Sign up for our Back of House tour, which restarted in week 42, for an interesting look at the service areas and offices underground at our resorts. Monday at The Royal Sands and Tuesday at The Royal Haciendas, both at 10 a.m.
During the tour with Guest Relations Manager Julio Ibarra, you’ll get to see the machine room where the reverse osmosis water purification system, the huge resort boilers and water heaters and a bewildering array of color-coded power cables and water pipes are located.
The resort laundry, staff café, English and computer classrooms and meeting rooms used for training are also on the tour itinerary. Meet employees and learn more about the resorts you love so much.
