REFINE All-inclusive policy clarification for Owner Loans

We would like to provide some clarification on our REFINE all-inclusive policies and one of the benefits it offers members. As you know, all guests staying in a member’s unit with or without the member being present, in other words staying as an Owner Loan have always had optional access to the All-Inclusive package and will continue to do so. If the member is present, all guests staying with him/her and in villas in his/her group have access to the special member rate.

   However, if the member is not present, this benefit will only be available for the children, spouse and parents of the member should they decide to purchase the package.

Effective as of October 28, 2023, other guests staying on an Owner Loan will not have access to the exclusive member rate.
