Starting April 1, 2023, the Lodging Tax rate (Impuesto al Hospedaje) charged by the State Government increases from 3 percent to 5 percent in Quintana Roo. This will be reflected on Club Service Fee bills for occupancy in 2023 and applies for fixed week and points memberships.
There will be no change for members at The Royal Islander who have yet to receive their Club Service bill for their final week of occupancy.
